English speaking as well as other languages Very well presented and clean, Tea Coffee Water cups plates cutlery provided and other essential supplies Quiet location Convenient for Ypres 10 mins walk which is a very special place to visit especially the Menin Gate at 8pm for the last post, but get there early as there are usually crowds Secure and safe Lovely garden Lovely breakfast at a time we wanted Genuinely very welcoming, we would go back if in that area again.

A lovely place to stay for a couple. The room was perfect and the hosts added so much more to our stay, nothing was too much trouble.
