I stayed there for a few day in 2024, and the owner, a biker as well, took us on an early morning ride up the Grossglockner mountain pass to see the sun rise, he brought coffee and cake for us to enjoy while watching the sun riser over the mountains, after that you have your pass the ride the mountain pass all day, it was a breath taking experience. The hotel itself is excellent, staff very friendly, and the under ground car park is great, with direct access to the hotel. They have many suggestions for tours and roads around are brilliant.

The hospitality here is incredible; the owner even guides exclusive early-morning sunrise tours out to the legendary Grossglockner High Alpine Road, which is unmatched. After carving corners all day, coming back to unwind in their spa—complete with distinct saunas, waterbeds, and a heated outdoor pool—is incredible. Top it off with a superb multi-course dinner and local beers on the covered terrace, and you have the ultimate Austrian rider base camp.
